Per-UIL policy, all students participating in marching band must complete a pre-participation physical prior to practicing or rehearsing with the organization. Most pedestrians, general doctors, and urgent care facilities can perform this type of sports physical at a low cost.

Every parent and student is encouraged to read through the Band Handbook. This document guides and outlines the Paschal HS Panther Band’s structure, expectations, policies, and procedures. The final page of the handbook is to be signed by both the parent and student.

In the event of an emergency and a parent/guardian is not being able to be contacted, this Medical Release Form will allow school district employees to take whatever action they deem necessary, including medical or lifesaving treatment.

Students using school-owned instruments must have both parent and student complete and sign the attached contract. If you have any questions regarding this contract and the instrument usage fee, please consult a director.

Every student and parent must complete and sign UIL’s 8hr Rule Acknowledgement Form. If you have any questions about this form, please consult a director.

In an attempt to allow any who wish to participate in the Paschal Band Program, we proudly offer a Paschal Band Booster Scholarship to help struggling families offset the membership cost associated with being a Paschal Band Member.
